Its four large wheels and its closed push bar make this buggy a luxurious highlight while ensuring high manoeuvrability and easy and smooth steering. With the large swivel front wheels, you can master exciting strolls through the urban city and even rough terrain is no problem. The push bar gives you an excellent grip even when steering the buggy with only one hand.

Once your little one has reached six months he or she can cuddle up in the ultra-comfy seat unit that can be attached to the chassis in both forward and rear facing mode. This way, the smallest among us can ride safely while mom and dad can keep an eye on them. The seat unit combines both comfort and safety. 味全龍球迷見面會，吸引不少龍迷參加。圖／頂新國際集團職業棒球籌備處提供分享 facebook 等了20年，味全龍再度舉辦球迷見面會，除了新任總教練葉君璋、教練黃煚隆、張泰山之外，共有黃平洋、羅世幸、陽介仁、陳大順等13位前龍將出席，吸引近千位龍迷參加，現場一片紅海，宣告龍魂再起、再出。. } }); } 味全龍隊與頂新和德文教基金會合作，今天在彰化永靖鄉成美文化園舉辦首場球迷見面會，創辦人魏應充先生特別邀請了前總教練徐生明遺孀謝榮瑤女士參加。魏應充對參與球迷說：「抱歉，讓您們久等了。」他特別感謝在味全龍重回中上班族省錢大作戰網路熱賣商品職的籌備過程中，不停給予支持與鼓勵的媒體朋友及球迷們，因為有大家的熱情，味全龍才有機會為台灣棒球更盡一份心力。魏應充特別感謝師母謝榮瑤一路上的默默支持，不管是在籌備過程，還是今日龍迷回家活動，都有師母的支持與力挺，才能讓團隊不斷突破難關、往前邁進。球迷回家，最引頸期盼的還是龍將，葉君璋、黃煚隆、張泰山、黃平洋、羅世幸、陽介仁、林光宏、陳大順、李明勳、蔡昆祥、黃熱門產品熱銷產品自強、陳長陽、王建強等人，參與折扣CP值超高活動與球迷同樂，魏應充特別精心準備獎盃致謝，感謝他們過去為球隊的付出，也盼望未來能夠繼續給予球隊傳承，讓龍魂的精神光榮再現。葉君璋、張泰山和黃煚隆也非常感謝球迷，「我們終於回家了網路熱賣產品熱門產品！謝謝你們願意回家」，而黃平洋對於味全龍在20年後的復出也感到樂觀其成，上台後對球迷呼喊：「回家的感覺好不好？」更讓現場氣氛達到最高點。

國民黨公投被喊卡中選會技術杯葛

【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】針對國民黨多個反空污公投案二階連署喊卡，國民黨19日召開記者會批評，中選會以聽證會、補正提案主文等「技術杯葛」藍營公投提案，恐無法在9月完成二階連署，趕不上年底進行投票。國民黨總召林德福批評，中選案對公投進行「藍綠眼」審查，多番刁難藍營公投案，已失去了中立性。同黨立委盧秀燕則指出，中選會不應做實質審查，只能做形式上的審查，才能讓多個反空污趕上連署，讓民眾投票決定火力發電走向。

國民黨多位立委包括盧秀燕、林德福與曾銘宗等立委在4月份先後完成第一階段反空污公投連署。然而，中選會以「技術杯葛」不予以通過，藍委提案歷經2個多月尚未核准通過，期程上恐無法在9月完成第二階段連署，最終無法趕上年底公投投票。

林德福強烈批評，中選會不但違法對公投提案進行「實質審查」，在審查時更充滿「藍綠眼」，對於在野黨的公投提案刻意刁難、一卡再卡，已然失去獨立機關的中立性，淪為當權者的政治打手。

林德福質疑，親綠人士所提出支持民進黨意識型態的公投提案，例如以台灣名義參加奧運、加入國際組織等，明顯有違憲法層次相關國名、主權議題不得公投的規定，中選會卻都快速核准，無須要求聽證會，也不必聽取相關部會實施的疑義意見，而且只耗時15天就通過，為什麼在野黨的公投提案耗費76天還未通過？

盧秀燕說，她4月送反空污公投提案，並在5月初舉辦聽證會。然而，行政部門未對提案表達反對意見，中選會卻在會後發文要求相關主管機關表示意見，但不要求相關單位回覆時限；最後以主管機關未表示意見，未對盧秀燕的反空汙公投案准駁，刁難卡案日期已近80天。「難道環保署一直不表示意見，中選會就不裁決嗎？」

她痛斥中選會，中選會存心想讓反空汙公投期程趕不上年底地方大選而出局，簡直成為執政民進黨及行政院打壓在野黨公投提案的打手，中立客觀的傳統蕩然無存。

藍委江啟臣則說，盧秀燕的公投案意旨很簡單，就是要是否願意每年降低1%火力發電量，這關乎政府支不支持降低火力發電決心，所以中選會委員不是裝不懂就是故意刁難，他呼籲台中市長林佳龍，應該呼籲中選會不要忽視空污的問題，盡快讓反空污公投進入第2階段的階段，以讓民眾投票決定未來火力發電的走向。
