高中職時數不同挨轟「一國多制」 教育部：最快速處理
全國教育產業總工會（全教產）與周邊教育團體今（10）日召開記者會，高呼「落實科科等值，增置教師員額。」要求高中、職節數應等同，並要求增置教師員額數，每班都應編制三位教師因應新課綱上路。教育部國教署組長韓春樹表示，會以最快速朝外界期望的方向來處理。
全教產於今日稍早召開記者會，表示教育部於去年八月初公告「國立中等學校教師每週教學標準」，除了國文科每週十四節外，其他科目也從過去的十八節降至十六節，唯獨高中實習科目分組教學仍維持十八節，教團要求普通高中與技職不可有差別待遇。
教團也進一步指出，新課綱上路後，高中職需開設1.2至1.5倍選修課程，但依照目前教師員額限制根本無法應付，若不增加教師員額，未來新課綱的施行堪憂，希望每班都應編制三位教師。
教育部國教署組長韓春樹回應，技術型高中專業群科綱領於去年十二月底時公布，若要規劃科科等值，要於綱領發布後才能進行規劃，教育部已於一月召開會議，相關人員將繼續朝科科等值方向努力。韓春樹表示，授課節數有法源依據，但非頒布後就要地方政府遵照辦理，希望地方主管機關可以排除萬難執行，甚至可以更優於中央規定。
韓春樹也談到，員額增設是依照高級中等教育法第24條規範，規定各科需有幾位教師，但員額目前受到控管，未來將了解員額數是否需要檢討。至於立委林奕華要求，希望時數調整能從今年二月一日開始實施，若延至下學年度，恐讓部分老師覺得不公平。韓春樹則表示，二月上路有些困難，但會努力與地方協商，以最快速朝外界希望的方向努力。
