馬英九涉三中案 9成呼籲主動說明
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】9成民眾呼籲前總統馬英九聲請公開錄音檔，主動說明「三中案」！綠營智庫發表最新民調指出，有67.7%民眾支持北檢重啟調查三中案，更有88.1%民眾支持馬英九主動向法庭聲請公開勘驗錄音檔，以證明清白。律師黃帝穎說，特偵組簽結只是內部的行政作業，並不具備法律效應，北檢仍可重啟調查三中案。國民黨發言人洪孟楷受訪時抨擊，請民進黨勿藉此清算國民黨。
台灣世代智庫17日公布馬英九三中案民意調查結果，並邀請台北市議員參選人吳沛憶、律師黃帝穎說明該案。智庫董事王智盛表示，有關北檢重啟調查三中案，有67.7%民眾表示支持，不支持者佔23.4%。此外，有56.9%民眾認為，北檢根據新證據起訴馬英九的作法適當，認為不適當者佔3.9%。值得注意的是，贊成馬英九主動向法庭聲請公開勘驗錄音檔的民眾佔88.1%，不贊成者僅佔6.1%。
王智盛指出，該民調顯示，民眾對於馬英九三中案還是有很多疑慮，且支持北檢重啟三中案，但馬英九是否清白，多數人認為他應該主動說明，而不是逃避社會的質疑。
馬英九質疑，特偵組於2014年簽結三中案，如今卻在民進黨政府上台後重啟調查，並強行起訴，過程中到底有沒有政治介入？他也批評，北檢公布的錄音和譯文都是斷章取義，北檢必須「公布全部的錄音檔及譯文供外界檢驗」，以證明他的清白。
代表台灣新世代的台北市議員參選人吳沛憶表示，三中案因起訴書出來以後，讓民眾對這個案件有更深入的了解。普遍民眾都認為，北檢應對三中案重啟調查。雖然馬英九認為北檢重啟調查是政治操作，但他並未就此多加說明，也引起民眾對其清白疑慮。國民黨將在18日在中常會邀請馬英九對三中案進行報告，希望馬英九能主動說明三中案問題。
律師黃帝穎也表示，馬英九質疑三中案已簽結，北檢不應重啟調查。但按照刑事訴訟法規定，特偵組簽結只是內部的行政規則，並不具備法律效應，北檢仍有重啟調查的權力。黃帝穎也說，在一審過程，被告擁有權力勘驗所有的證據，馬英九有權向法院聲請公開錄影檔，且有將近9成的民眾支持馬英九主動說明，馬英九應主動向社會說明證明自己的清白。
國民黨發言人洪孟楷受訪時抨擊，北檢重啟調查三中案是政治清算，黨產會認定中影、中廣為國民黨附隨組織，並要在半年內追徵收回，動作步步進逼，顯示民進黨就是針對國民黨而來。
洪孟楷強調，當年在扁政府廣電三法限制下，要求黨政軍退出媒體，馬英九處理三中案依法賣國民黨資產，並沒有任何不法問題，他相信馬的清白跟操守，中常會也將邀請馬英九當面說明當年處理三中案狀況，請民進黨勿藉此清算國民黨。
